1,400 young rugby players will attend Ballyclare RFC Mini Rugby’s popular annual festival on Saturday 14th April.
Widely acknowledged as one of the biggest and best festivals in Ireland for mini rugby, the all day event at the Cloughan ground in Ballyclare will see more than 100 teams of boys and girls participate.
Now in its 36th year, the festival will welcome clubs from across Ulster and beyond. The players range in age from primary 3 to year 8 at the following times:
|P3, P4 & P5||0900 – 1230|
|U12’s||1330 – 1620|
|P6 & P7||1545 – 1900|

Activities that are available to the players, their families and supporters include face painting, climbing towers, inflatables & a BB rifle range. Hot and cold refreshments will also be available.
Action Cancer was the nominated charity for Ballyclare Mini Rugby’s fundraising activities throughout the season, which culminates in the festival.
